Interview AI Terms of Service

1. Introduction​

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using this application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description​

The Service provides features such as real-time speech recognition, AI-powered question matching, answer overlay display, and prompt management for interview preparation. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.

3. Account Management​

The Service uses anonymous authentication. Users are responsible for managing their own device and account information. All activities conducted through a user's account shall be deemed to be performed by the user.

4. Prohibited Activities​

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

  • Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service
  • Infringing upon the rights or interests of other users or third parties
  • Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
  • Using the Service for illegal or improper purposes
  • Recording, redistributing, or commercially exploiting content displayed by the Service without authorization

5. Paid Services​

Certain features of the Service may be offered as paid services (interview credits via in-app purchase). The purchase, renewal, and refund of paid services shall be governed by the rules of the Apple App Store.

6. Audio Data and Privacy​

The Service captures audio from the microphone or system audio output for the sole purpose of real-time speech recognition. Audio data is processed entirely on the device and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights​

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service provider or legitimate rights holders. Users must not engage in any actions that infringe upon these rights.

8. Suspension and Termination of Service​

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

  • When required for system maintenance or technical reasons
  • When required by law or regulatory authorities
  • When otherwise deemed necessary by us

9. Disclaimer​

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the Service. The Service is intended as a preparation and reference tool. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in any interview or selection process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms​

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on this page or within the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
